Great experience with the whole staff on our first visit with my two boys after previously having a bad experience with another office. Dr. Humbert was friendly, informative and put the children at ease. I really liked his relaxed and easy going attitude. The dental assistant was also so kind. The front desk staff were also really great. Glad we found them!!
Dr. Humbert and his staff is awesome!! They are always friendly, courteous and downright happy people! Always on time, have flexible schedules, beautiful office and newest technology. They make going to the dentist a pleasant experience.
First of all, everyone in the office is incredibly kind and patient. I have had many bad dentist experiences in the past (other dentists) which gives me great anxiety and I cry almost every time I even think about going, let alone walk through the door. Thankfully, Dr. Humbert is very patient as I work through my fears and doubts, explaining exactly what will happen and what my options are.
There is never any pressure to do anything, which I really appreciate. In my experience with Centre Family Dentistry, I have had great Dental Assistants, but my favorite is Marsha! Marsha, Marsha, Marsha! I appreciate her demeanor and patience with me as I cry (almost always) through my visits. She is down to earth and brings a sense of calm while I am there, even getting me to laugh and take my mind off my fears.
I'm getting better with the help of EVERYONE there in the office. There is no judgement and I appreciate that so much. Kudos to the whole team!
The staff is always very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Humbert is extremely knowledgeable and has perfected craft. He is also very personable which not the norm for dentists. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
